We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share, transfer, or resell your account credentials
• Not create multiple accounts for the same user

4. Subscription and Payments

You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShapAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our service or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
