2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the unused portion of your subscription or for any time remaining in your billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following strict circumstances:
- Critical Technical Issues: Only if you experience critical technical issues that completely prevent service usage for more than 72 consecutive hours, and only after our support team has been given adequate time to resolve the issue. Documentation of the issue must be provided.
- Billing Errors: Only in cases of clear billing errors where you were charged for a service you did not subscribe to or were charged multiple times for the same service period. Duplicate charges must be reported within 7 days of the charge.
- Service Unavailability: Only if our service becomes completely unavailable for more than 96 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, and only if this unavailability is not due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Detailed reason for requesting a refund
- All relevant documentation and evidence
- Any previous communication with our support team regarding the issue
- Your preferred refund method and associated details
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. All decisions are final and at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Any used portion of your subscription, regardless of usage duration
- Subscription fees for any period where the service was available
- Any promotional or discounted offers
- Subscription changes or upgrades
- Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance
- Issues caused by user error or misuse
- Problems related to third-party services or integrations
- Any subscription period where usage exceeded 5% of the monthly quota
